Rob Roy Perfect

  1. gMartini Cocktail Glass
    Martini Cocktail GlassDash each of Dry and Sweet Vermouth
  2. 2 oz Scotch Whisky
  3. Dash of bitters (optional) dash of sweet and dry vermouth
  4. Garnish with lemon twist or olive

Also known as Perfect Scotch Manhattan

HOW TO STIR A COCKTAIL

Fill a mixing glass half way with ice. Add liquors and other cocktail ingredients. Hold a bar spoon at the top of the twisted part of the shaft between your thumb and first two fingers.Twirl the bar spoon 10 to 15 time gently mixing the ingredients.
