    @ nets98

The use of an egg white was eliminated some years ago for food safety reasons. Most places will add the egg white upon request. And for the record, it probably did not start off with an egg due to refrigeration issues back when it was developed.

BTW – It is either where is or where’s; that is or that’s. And I bet YOU are an English teacher in America’s public schools! LOL!

And I guess you are also the same idiot who thinks he has the answers to everything, but you hate it when someone calls you on your shit.

And the same idiot who talks smack on the internet, but can muster the courage to wax poetic in public.

You dolts are all the same. OY VEY!

[..YouTube..] Why do you teach students to make such classic drinks incorrectly? That is NOT a Pink Lady. Furthermore, your bartending videos seem very much oriented towards the club-scene bartender, who would never get asked to make a drink like this. You don’t measure accurately, and you don’t know how to shake a drink properly. Sorry- it’s sad but true.

[..YouTube..] You’re right. Bartenders don’t use egg whites in drinks any more because most raw eggs have salmonella.
