- Top with splash of soda

The Tom Collins is a summer classic its light with a gin and sour flavor the soda water lightens it up and gives it some bubbles. Ask the old school bartender to shake one up.
The video was supposed to be for a Tom Collins but the Electric Lemonade was enlightening.
